Quality assurance Our dedicated QA staff is responsible for the following aspects:
1. Help and work closely with all packers for overall improvement of their quality assurance systems; Conduct self-audits and evaluations on all packing facilities and on-site controls to guarantee the overall safety of production facilities and processes.
2. Guide and prepare factories for valued customers and third party audits like GAP, IPM, GFSI (BRC, FSSC22000, IFS, SQF), KOSHER, BSCI, SEDEX etc.
3. Assist and verify quality of finished products being in compliance with customers’ specifications. Keep factories abreast and compliant with overall food safety and food security standards.
4. Handle all sorts of complains and claims to guarantee business consistency and integrity.
5. Help our customers and suppliers stay at the forefront in product development with our extensive knowledge in planting and food processing and strong sourcing capability for ingredients and packaging materials.
